17. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and lets.treat.ms regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, proposals, negotiations, representations, or communications.

18. Children`s Privacy: The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

These communications may include notices about your account, information concerning or related to the Service, appointment confirmations and price estimates, insurance eligibility details and other healthcare-related issues.
a. How We Will Use Electronic Messaging: Achillefs Ntranos MD P.C. may use Electronic Messaging to communicate with you regarding a wide range of healthcare-related issues, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, preventive services, treatment options, coordination of your care, patient satisfaction surveys, secure patient portal usage, insurance, billing, eligibility for programs/benefits, and account balances. Achillefs Ntranos MD P.C. may use automatic dialers or pre-recorded voice messages when communicating with you through Electronic Messaging. All Electronic Messaging may be made a part of your medical record.
b. Risks of Using E-mail and Text Messaging: E-mail and text message communication has a number of possible risks, including but not limited to: circulation, forwarding, or storage of messages; misaddressing of messages; interception, alteration, or unauthorized use of messages; introduction of viruses; and use as evidence in court. Electronic Messaging may not be secure and can possibly be intercepted, altered, forwarded, or used without authorization or detection.
c. Conditions for the Use of E-mail and Text Messaging: By using the Service and thus consenting to the use of Electronic Messaging, you confirm the accuracy of the contact information provided and you agree to the conditions outlined herein, including but not limited to:, inclusion of e-mails/texts in your medical record; forwarding of e-mails/text messages internally as necessary for care coordination, diagnosis, treatment, reimbursement, and other operations; no guarantee of message response time; avoidance of e-mail for sensitive medical information; responsibility for protecting access to your e-mail/text messages; and the need to call 911 in a medical emergency rather than using Electronic Messaging.
d. Instructions: To communicate by e-mail or text message, you are advised to follow the instructions outlined herein, including but not limited to: limiting use of employer`s computer; immediately informing us of changes in e-mail or text messaging addresses; reviewing messages for clarity before sending; only include the minimum amount of information necessary; taking precautions to preserve message confidentiality; making sure of the accuracy of the contact information provided and contacting us with any questions about using e-mail or text messaging.
e. Patient Acknowledgment and Agreement: By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the information provided regarding the risks of using Electronic Messaging, and you consent to the use of Electronic Messaging to facilitate your care. You agree to the conditions and instructions outlined in our Electronic Messaging Consent, as well as any other instructions that we may impose regarding e-mail or text message communications.
f. Opt-Out: If you wish to opt out of receiving Electronic Messaging from us, please e-mail us at lets@treat.ms or provide any other written communication to the health care provider and/or practice.
g. Release of Claims: In consideration of Achillefs Ntranos MD P.C.`s services and your consent to receive Electronic Messaging as described herein, you hereby release Achillefs Ntranos MD P.C. from any and all claims, causes of action, lawsuits, injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, or other harms resulting from or relating to the calls or messages, including but not limited to any claims, causes of action, or lawsuits based on any asserted violations of the law.

20. Modifications to the Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) at any time and without notice. You agree that lets.treat.ms shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
